UC Merced's Week of Wilderness (WOW) program is a five day excursion into the high country in Yosemite National Park.

 
The WOW is an amazing experieince for new students at UC Merced.  During the trip participants are introduced to both, wilderness travel and their upcoming college experience; all within a healthy and safe group environment.

The amazing setting of Yosemite provides an excellent opportunity for students to form new friendships and connections to help ease their transition into college life.
