What is Small Group Training?
Small Group Training is a combination of personal training and group fitness. Classes run for 6 weeks and will focus on a main topic. Classes will take place weekly and you must register to attend. The classes will have the same instructor/trainer and group of participants each week.

Class Descriptions/Information
Beginner Weight Training
Class Description: Beginner weight training will teach you how to write a workout program, determine the right type and how to use different types of equipment, perform exercises correctly and more. This class will meet in the Student Activities and Athletics Center, Room 217.

Intro to Body Building
Class Description: This course provides the basics for how to train for Body Building. This course will go over, specifically, your goals, how to program and write a workout, how to use certain exercise equipment, basic to more advanced exercises. The focus of this course will be how to properly and safely structure a workout to fit your goals and how to perform different excises.

Intro to Powerlifting
Class Description: This class will go through the major Powerlifting exercises. Learn the technique behind squatting, bench press and deadlifts. This class is intended for those who are interested in learning how to properly perform these exercises and those who are interested in improving their form.

Women on Weights
Class Description: This class will teach you how to write a workout program, determine the right type and how to use different types of equipment, perform exercises correctly and more. This class is intended for those who identify as a woman.
