Spring 2024 Group Fitness

No passes are required for the entire semester! All Group Fitness Classes will be FREE for all Students, Faculty and Staff!

What to Expect

Arrive 5-10 minutes before the class begins to check-in with the instructor, set up any equipment you may need and get ready to start the class. Class attire depends on the class being taught. All classes require closed toe shoes excluding yoga and mind-body classes. 

Registration for a class will open 24 hours before the class is scheduled to begin. While this is not required, it does reserve your spot as there are a limited number of spots per class. If you have not checked in before the class begins, your spot may be given to a walk-in participant. If you are no longer able to keep your reservation, we ask that we kindly cancel your reservation to open the spot to another member. 

How to Cancel a Reservation

1. Click on username is the top right corner then click on "Profile"

2. Under Programs choose "Reservations"

3. Click on the three dots next to the class that you would like to cancel your reservation for 

4. Then click "Cancel Registration"

5.Confirm by clicking "Yes, Cancel Registration"
