What is Small Group Training?
Small Group Training is a combination of personal training and group fitness. Classes run for 6 weeks and will focus on a main topic. Classes will take place weekly and you must register to attend. The classes will have the same instructor/trainer and group of participants each week.

Thursdays: 2/13-3/20

- Run Club: 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM

Class Descriptions/Information
Beginner Weight Training
Class Description: Beginner Weight Training will teach you how to write a workout program, determine the right type and how to use different types of equipment, perform exercises correctly and more. This class will meet in at the front desk of the Gallo Weight Room.

Intro to Body Building
Class Description: This course provides the basics for how to train for Body Building. This course will go over, specifically, your goals, how to program and write a workout, how to use certain exercise equipment, basic to more advanced exercises. The focus of this course will be how to properly and safely structure a workout to fit your goals and how to perform different exercises.

Intro to Powerlifting
Class Description: This class will go through the major Powerlifting exercises. Learn the technique behind squatting, bench press and deadlifts. This class is intended for those who are interested in learning how to properly perform these exercises and those who are interested in improving their form.

Intermediate Powerlifting
Class Description: The Intermediate Powerlifting class is perfect for those who competed the Intro to Powerlifting Class and/or has a basic understanding of the 3 powerlifting lifts (squat, bench press, and deadlift). This class will continue to help you perfect your lifting form and working to maximize your lifts. This class will take place in the Student Activities and Athletics Center Weight Room.

Neurodivergent Weight Training
Class Description: This course is similar to Beginner Weight Training but for neurodivergent individuals that work better with less distractions and stimulus. You will learn how to write your own workout plan to match your goals, how to safely and effective use exercise equipment and learn proper form for exercises that target all muscles groups. This class will take place in a quieter environment and focuses on decreasing environmental stimulus.

Run Club
Class Description: This class is for those who are interested in running with other around campus. This a great way to get to know other who are interested in running; however, no running experience is required. This class will meet in the Student Activities and Athletics Center, Room 217.

Class Description: This class will teach you how to write a workout program, determine the right type and how to use different types of equipment, perform exercises correctly and more. This class is intended for those who identify as a woman.
