What is Small Group Training?
Small Group Training is a combination of personal training and group fitness. Classes run for 6 weeks and will focus on a main topic. Classes will take place weekly and you must register to attend. The classes will have the same instructor/trainer and group of participants each week.

Intro to Powerlifting
Class Description: This class will go through the major Powerlifting exercises. Learn the technique behind squatting, bench press and deadlifts. This class is intended for those who are interested in learning how to properly perform these exercises and those who are interested in improving their form.

Intermediate Powerlifting
Class Description: The Intermediate Powerlifting class is perfect for those who competed the Intro to Powerlifting Class and/or has a basic understanding of the 3 powerlifting lifts (squat, bench press, and deadlift). This class will continue to help you perfect your lifting form and working to maximize your lifts. This class will take place in the Student Activities and Athletics Center Weight Room.

Advanced Powerlifting
Class Description: Looking to increase your PR in squat, bench and deadlift? Our Advanced Powerlifting class is to help improve you powerlifting technique and work to increase your 1-max rep. This class will meet in the Student Activities and Athletics Center Weight Room.

Beginner Weight Training
Class Description: Beginner weight training will teach you how to write a workout program, determine the right type and how to use different types of equipment, perform exercises correctly and more. This class will meet in the Student Activities and Athletics Center, Room 217.

Women on Weights
Class Description: This class will teach you how to write a workout program, determine the right type and how to use different types of equipment, perform exercises correctly and more. This class is intended for those who identify as a woman.

Couch to 5K
Class Description: The Couch to 5K class is a great introduction into running and how to get into physical condition to run a 5K. This class will slowly increase in mileage each week. No running experience is required.
Location: Meeting at the Student Activities and Athetlics Center, Room 217 on first day.
