Q: Where do I park to go to the Aquatics Center?
A: The closest and easiest lot to the Aquatics Center is the Bellvue lot.  Parking permits may be required.  Please refer to Transportation and Parking Services for parking information.

Q: How do I get to the Aquatics Center?
A: The Aquatics Center is adjacent to the Health and Athletics Center and next to the University Transit Center. You can access the facility through the gates at the west end of the Health and Athletics Center. Member Check-In is located at the ticket office. Please head there upon arrival. 

Q: What precautions are you taking at this time?
A: We are strictly adhering to all current State, County and University requirements in response to COVID-19. All staff complete the UCM Daily Health Screen and must be approved to work. Employees who are exhibiting symptoms are referred to the University for follow up and not allowed to work. 

Q: What is the temperature of the water?
A: The temperature of the pool will be between 77-80 degrees.

Q: What are the dimensions of the pool?
A: The pool is 50m by 25yds. Currently the pool is setup for short course swimming (25yds) and can accommodate up to 16 lanes.

Q: Help! I've lost something at the pool?
A: Stop by the Ticket Office at the Health and Athletics Cetner and ask our staff if we have your item.

Q: Are there showers available?
A: There are outdoor showers available on a wall next to the Pool. Showers will be restricted to ensure proper physical distancing.

Q: Are there locker rooms available?
A: Locker rooms are available inside the Health & Athletics Center. A face covering is required at all times inside of the building. Lockers are available for day use and it is recommened that a lock is brought to secure belongings.  

Q: Are there restrooms available?
A: There are restrooms available outside of the Health and Athletics Center and inside the locker rooms.
